Do you remember that book written by Bill Gates? That was in 1995.
OK, back for the future...
Dave is on his way to San Antonio for a meeting we have tomorrow. When he popped up in Gmail Chat with the video icon on, we had to give it a try.
As bandwidth proliferates, the road ahead looks wide open. Good stuff!

BULLSHIT!
Impossible
More proof of this being false:
According to the all-mighty Google, Dave Mothersole is a deejay.
But can a man who looks like this be aa DJ?!
8^)
Hi Folks, it really happened and just like that.
Dave is also a real person and working with Genesi in one role or another since he left Freescale in 2005. Dave was formally responsible for the Motorola/Freescale Networking and Computing Systems Group's (NCSG) technology strategy and intellectual property development. During his 25 years at Motorola’s Semiconductor Products Sector, now Freescale, Dave served in a variety of technical and executive roles, including VP of architecture and systems platforms, founder and general manager of the PowerPC products division and director of engineering for the microprocessor products group. Dave holds 23 patents in the fields of system architecture and microprocessor implementation.
Dave and Terry have two sons who are both very accomplished musicians, so while Dave may not be a DJ a portion of that skill set must be in his DNA.

Dave is mentioned in the article although we know from our own experience that he kept PowerPC alive as long as he could and all the way from the beginning.
