Did you ever wonder what is on the other side of the computer? You know, on the other side of the Internet. Out there:

Hello World gets an answer!

Rupert Hausberger, also known as naTmeg to his online friends, has been busy with his latest MorphOS releases found here on Rupert's Homepage.

Rupert and his PegasosPPC

For an encore, Rupert is focused on more plugins. Today, if you wanted to encrypt your partitions, you can use poly.dilp.

It's all about everything!

Yesterday, a Mac site from Spain posted a link to last year's blog on the Compoogle. We were surprised by the volume of visitors from Macuarium (thread). It reminded us about two things:

1. MacOS on the EFIKA

MacOS on the EFIKA via Mac-on-Linux is a piece of cake. It has been running on the Pegasos for years (MOL FAQ). The Founder and lead developer Samuel Rydh was with us at CES 2003 (right). MacOS running natively is another story.

Come Fill Your Glasses was yesterday's blog. There is a point to all this discussion about beer. We will get to that.

The right beer, the right glass...

Plzen in the Czech Republic is home to the world's original Pilsner. You can tour the brewery, drink unfiltered, unpasturized pilsner from the wood and eat lunch at Na Spilce - the brewery restaurant. By the way, there are a bunch of happy Czech Pegasos Users, but let's look through the glass and the beer for a moment...

Pieter Bruegel is generally considered the greatest Flemish painter of the 16th century. The Peasant Wedding Feast was painted circa 1568.

Do you think they were serving Duvel or Leffe?*

Belgians have hundreds of beers, each with its own distinctive glass. The Czechs are the world's largest consumers of beer, followed by Ireland and Germany. The Germans are Europe's biggest producers.

Too ambitious or is it exactly what you need to do - with your life that is.

TakeOver was more than an idea, and it was something to be applied every day. A sense of empowerment and purpose that lead to self-actualization on the road to good karma (or whatever works for you).

We decided on that one in the end.

The SuperBundle was a package of games and useful applications we organized in support of MorphOS in 2002-2004. There were many notable and popular programs.

Today, the question becomes what we can do for the next SuperBundle?

That would be for the EFIKA.

power2people has been busy. Earlier this month power2people travelled to Burkina Faso.

It is hard to find a stable country without war and a population with as many challenges. This is not a country flowing in petroleum riches.

How about wireless access?

A lesson learned from the AMD $299 PIC failure ought to be that imported technology needs to be flexible to the local market. The failure to realize this and adapt is a mistake. For example, Dell should re-think its approach in China.

Does that look like a strange Postal Code or a secret message? Perhaps, it is a root login to a new piece of hardware? Could it be for a PS3?!

D PS3 S A B-Z B.

O, S N-D!

How about a little help with the secret code? Start here with the basics:

To figure out William Steig’s word puzzles, you need to read the letters, numbers, and symbols aloud. If the message seems unclear, the clever picture gives you a hint. William Steig illustrated for The New Yorker for years. He was great.

Picking up from yesterday...

The red pill or the blue pill, what was Neo to do?!

(bbrvblog 2/14/05) The movie Matrix is the story of free humans who live in the real world and fight against the dominance of computers over mankind.

From yesterday: So, what is the message in all this information? Well, let's take Who's Zoomin' Who to task. What we are really talking about here is known today as television distribution. Apple and Disney have shown that the program is what people watch, not the network (starting only a year ago). Can you hear me now? 12 million iPhones will.
