We have just finished the development of the next generation Dual970 based workstation. This machine will have development tools that include compilers for CELL. We will release binaries that will provide 3D graphics support for all our Power Architecture based platforms, including this one. We will even support other Power.org Member platforms.
We will target all next generation consoles and bring open source and closed source developers and software to create a new publishing environment. For example, we will bring back an Amiga-compatible platform - fall seven times, stand up eight. Could we call it an Atari? What a combination that would be! Especially, if it could run Solaris too. It all depends on the firmware.
Everything (as in everything) will be released through Power.org - schematics, gerber files, the bill of materials, all the supporting tools, software, etc. etc. The fun is just about to begin!

Well, one thing is for sure - there are no pikers here.
Keep going!
Graphics drivers for NVIDIA, ATI, Matrox or (likely) XGI? For Linux, right?
I'm excited, I have to admit :-)
The XGI drivers are done. We are testing them with our developer team. As for ATI, we managed to get this far:
http://www.ati.com/products/certified/genesi.html
There are not any other systems certified for Linux, so we are on the right track there. IBM's recent interest in AMD (hence ATI) also encourages us. If open source ATI graphics support becomes a trump card for AMD we will be in a strong position. In the meanwhile, we will keep doing what we are.
Thanks for stopping by!

Where can I buy one? I don't see them at the pegasosppc.com store.
They will be sold there.
